Private yoga lessons (1:1's) offer a wide range of benefits, including:

These private lessons are individually tailored to your unique needs. Unlike group classes, each session is crafted specifically for you, addressing your questions and focusing on your goals. We can schedule sessions at your convenience, and you have the option to meet in person at my clinic or virtually. You can easily book your sessions online.
